By accessing any product, service, or content provided by Truevoice, LLC, including coaching programs, digital courses, templates, downloadable products, journals, subscriptions, and live or virtual events (collectively, the "Offerings"), you agree to the following Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

⚖️ TERMS OF USE
1. License of Use
When you purchase or access a TRUEVOICE offering, you are granted a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the content for individual purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or claim ownership of any materials.
This applies to all PDF downloads, course videos, workbooks, audio meditations, subliminals, coaching tools, journals, and proprietary methodologies (including AICC™, S.P.A.C.E.™, Collapse & Create Protocol™, Rewire & Rise™, etc.).
2. Intellectual Property
All materials are protected under U.S. and international copyright law. You may not:
→ Resell or commercially exploit any part of the content
→ Share login credentials or files
→ Use branded terms, frameworks, or content for derivative works without written permission
Violators will be subject to legal action, damages, and termination of access.
3. Payments, Refunds & Subscriptions
→ All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
→ Subscription services (if applicable) may be canceled per the terms stated at checkout.
→ Chargebacks will result in revoked access and potential legal action.
4. Coaching Disclaimer
TRUEVOICE coaching services are educational and supportive in nature.
→ They do not replace medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
→ You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
→ We make no guarantees of results—outcomes depend on your commitment, energy, and follow-through.
5. Retreats & In-Person Events
Retreat registrations are non-refundable but transferable under specific conditions (outlined per retreat). Travel, lodging, and personal expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.
TRUEVOICE is not responsible for injuries, delays, cancellations, or acts of God beyond our control.
6. Testimonials & Consent
If you submit a testimonial, tag us in content, or appear in event media, you grant TRUEVOICE the right to use your name, likeness, and story for marketing and educational purposes, unless you explicitly revoke consent in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRUEVOICE shall not be liable for:
→ Loss of profits
→ Emotional distress
→ Business interruptions
→ Third-party platform issues (e.g., Thinkific, PayPal, Zoom)
You use our services at your own risk.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in the state of Utah, under Utah law. You waive your right to participate in class actions.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
