Volunteer Coordinator: Manages all event volunteers activities and reports back to the planning committee.
Planning Committee:  Plans and organizes all event details as co-creators of this experience. 
Emcee: Guides transitions, introduces speakers, holds energetic flow.
Virtual Co-Host: Manages Zoom room and supports virtual attendees.
Virtual Chat Moderator: Monitors chat, questions, and communicates tech issues.
Check-In / Registration: Welcomes attendees, scans tickets, distributes badges + wristbands.
Coat Check & Shoes Station: Guide attendees to (optional) secure storage of shoes, coats, bags downstairs.
Security & Bag Check: Ensures safety at entrances, maintains calm + secure energy
Smudging & Energy Clearing: Smudge (sage, palo santo, or essential oil mist) offered post-check-in
Embodiment Guides: Supports emotional and energetic regulation during activations.
Oracle Station Keeper: Manages card/crystal station with intention and presence.
Journal Guide: Supports self-reflection during journaling sessions. 
Social Media Capturer: Films BTS moments, Instagram Stories, Reels, speaker snippets, and transformation captures.
AV & Tech Support: Handles lighting, sound, livestream, and slides.
Nourishment Lead: Maintains tea lounge, hydration, and snack area.
